Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Fulfillment Specialist to join our Phoenix office and support the day-to-day flow of documents going to and from the courts. This is an entry-level, full-time, on-site role, ideal for someone who enjoys organized, hands-on work and is interested in gaining experience in an office or legal-adjacent environment.
This position is primarily paper-based and involves printing, organizing, tracking, and preparing legal documents for processing. You’ll work independently for much of the day while also coordinating with internal team members. No legal experience is required — training is provided.
