  • Data Collection Process Development: Collaborate with data and operations teams to design and implement processes for data collection necessary for strategic analysis.
  • Tool Optimization: Manage and optimize legal network tools (e.g., Gainsight, SFDC, Sigma) to ensure efficient operation and alignment with Legal Network initiatives.
  • Leadership Reporting: Prepare and deliver monthly reports for leadership meetings, highlighting key insights and progress of ongoing projects.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with the Legal Network and Customer Success teams to identify potential issues with current projects and opportunities for new initiatives.
  • Operational Enhancement: Continuously assess and enhance operational tools and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall Legal Network performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong foundation in operations, analytics, or legal network–adjacent roles.
  • Analytical Background: 1+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, FP&A, or another analytically rigorous environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Gainsight, Salesforce, and Sigma preferred; Gainsight certification is a plus.
