Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCSW-C to provide consistent mental health care through a fully remote platform. This role is centered on clinical assessment, ongoing therapy, and long-term client support. You will work with a stable caseload and have the time and structure needed to deliver thoughtful, goal-driven treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete diagnostic assessments and evaluations
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Monitor progress and adjust care as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
