Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are looking for an LCMFT to provide relationship-focused therapy in a fully remote setting. This position supports individuals, couples, and families working through emotional and relational challenges, with an emphasis on communication, connection, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Apply relational and systems-based approaches
• Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Evaluate progress and adjust interventions
• Maintain compliant and organized clinical records

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy
• Experience providing relational therapy
• Strong understanding of family systems models
• Dependable time-management skills
