Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are hiring a Vermont-licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor for a fully remote therapy role. This position is centered on providing steady, virtual care to adults who rely on regular sessions to manage mental health concerns. The workday is structured, predictable, and focused on therapy delivery rather than administrative overload.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete clinical assessments and define treatment objectives
• Maintain accurate electronic clinical documentation
• Track progress and update treatment approaches as needed
• Follow Vermont licensing and telehealth practice standards

Requirements

• Active Vermont LCMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related mental health field
• Experience in outpatient mental health therapy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
