Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCPC who values consistency, structure, and meaningful client interaction. In this role, you will deliver counseling services to a defined caseload, support clients with clear therapeutic goals, and work within a schedule that allows for focus and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions
• Perform mental health evaluations
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Track client outcomes and progress
• Complete documentation in the electronic health record

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth counseling
• Familiarity with evidence-based interventions
• Strong communication and organization skills
