Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide behavioral health assessment, counseling, and care coordination services to patients and families at William Beaumont Army Medical Center. This role supports integrated, patient-centered care within a military treatment facility.

This opportunity is part of a proposal effort. We are currently accepting applications from experienced candidates to be considered if the contract is awarded. 

Work Schedule:

• Typically Monday–Friday, 0730–1630 (8 hours per day)
• Alternative or compressed schedules (8–10 hour shifts) may be implemented
• Not to exceed 40 hours per week or 80 hours per two-week period
• Schedule coordinated with the Department Chief or designee
• Schedule subject to change based on mission requirements with five (5) days’ notice

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct independent psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
• Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, families, couples, and groups
• Coordinate referrals to community and government support services
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to support patient care goals
• Provide consultation regarding psychosocial factors impacting health and treatment compliance
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with MTF and DoD requirements

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program
• Clinical social work experience through a master’s-level practicum OR Two (2) years of post-MSW clinical experience within the last three (3) years

Licensure & Certifications:

• Current, full, active, unrestricted Clinical Social Worker license from a U.S jurisdiction
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
