Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our virtual mental health team in Texas. In this position, you will provide scheduled therapy sessions to clients managing anxiety, mood disorders, and everyday stressors. The role offers consistency, predictable hours, and a care model that allows you to concentrate on therapy without in-office demands.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
• Perform intake assessments and develop care plans
• Document services in line with clinical standards
• Monitor client progress and engagement
• Follow ethical and state guidelines for virtual practice

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related discipline
• Experience in outpatient mental health settings
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Strong time management and documentation skills
