Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2

Position Summary:

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides short-term, solution-focused therapy to adults within a primary care environment. This position supports the delivery of accessible, evidence-based mental health care across the Oakland community, with a focus on collaboration and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intake assessments and deliver brief, structured therapy.
• Coordinate treatment planning with medical providers and behavioral health staff.
• Offer culturally responsive care and participate in case consultations.
• Facilitate group sessions as assigned.
• Manage documentation in accordance with clinical and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology Doctorate.
• Active California license (LCSW/Psychologist) or registration as ASW/AMFT.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience in adult mental health care.
• Working knowledge of evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in community or integrated health care.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred.
