Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our telehealth care team. In this role, you will work with clients addressing mental health concerns that affect daily functioning and overall well-being. The position offers a steady weekday schedule and a supportive remote structure that allows you to stay focused on therapy delivery and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete psychosocial evaluations and treatment planning
• Maintain organized and compliant clinical documentation
• Track outcomes and engagement over time
• Coordinate referrals and resources when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient or virtual mental health care
• Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems
• Strong clinical reasoning and organizational skills
