Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Location: Trenton, NJ
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Overview
You’ll support clients through structured online sessions, from first assessment to ongoing follow-up. The focus is on clear communication, realistic planning, and steady progress over time.

Key Duties

• Provide individual therapy via secure video platform
• Complete intake interviews, diagnostics, and risk screens
• Build treatment plans with clients and revise as needed
• Keep timely, compliant documentation in the EMR
• Attend virtual clinical meetings or reviews when scheduled

Requirements

• Active New Jersey license: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Master’s degree in a mental health–related field
• Background in outpatient or community-based mental health
• Ability to manage a structured schedule from a home office
