Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Texas

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to support clients through virtual therapy services across Texas. This role is centered on steady, scheduled sessions that help clients improve daily functioning, manage emotional health, and stay engaged in care over time. The structure allows you to focus on therapy without the interruptions of in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy via secure telehealth platforms
• Complete psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Evaluate client progress and adjust care as needed
• Follow state and ethical guidelines for virtual practice

Requirements

• Active Texas LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience in outpatient mental health treatment
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Strong clinical organization and documentation skills
