Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring an Arkansas-licensed Clinical Social Worker to deliver scheduled telehealth therapy and manage ongoing client care. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up. The position supports consistent therapy delivery within a defined workflow and predictable caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor progress and adjust care strategies
• Participate in clinical reviews as needed
• Comply with Arkansas licensing and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience managing a full caseload independently
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
