Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCSW to deliver virtual therapy to clients who need reliable, ongoing mental health support. In this role, your time is spent on assessment, treatment, and follow-through, allowing you to focus on therapeutic work rather than administrative distractions.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Complete psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
• Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
• Track progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Post-licensure clinical experience
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely
• Strong written documentation skills
