Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Overview

As a Telehealth Clinical Social Worker, you will provide therapy and clinical oversight for clients across Indiana. The role combines direct client work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring treatment remains structured, ethical, and effective. This position suits clinicians who value steady schedules and clinical leadership.

Core Duties

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions remotely
• Conduct psychosocial evaluations and care planning
• Supervise associate-level clinicians and review documentation
• Maintain compliance with Indiana regulations
• Collaborate with internal care teams as needed
• Monitor treatment outcomes and clinical goals

Requirements

• Active Indiana LCSW license
• MSW from an accredited program
• Experience in clinical therapy settings
• Supervision experience preferred
• Strong written and organizational skills
