Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Role Summary

As an LCSW in this role, you will provide clinical oversight while continuing direct client care. Your work supports both clients and clinicians by ensuring high clinical standards, ethical practice, and steady guidance across virtual services. This role balances leadership with meaningful clinical impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation to assigned therapists
• Review treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Ensure services meet New York State regulations and practice standards
• Support clinical decision-making for complex or high-risk cases
• Maintain a limited client caseload alongside supervisory duties

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Prior experience providing supervision or clinical oversight
• Comfortable delivering services via telehealth platforms
