Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Job Summary

We are seeking an LCSW who wants to focus on direct therapy while working within a clearly defined virtual care model. This position allows you to manage a stable caseload, support client progress over time, and deliver care through a secure online platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services remotely
• Complete psychosocial assessments and diagnoses
• Establish treatment goals and review progress
• Maintain clinical notes and documentation
• Follow New York practice and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active New York LCSW license
• MSW from an accredited program
• Post-licensure clinical experience
• Ability to work independently in a remote role
• Strong attention to clinical detail
