Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Wisconsin

Role Summary

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide structured therapy to clients navigating mental health challenges. Your focus is on assessment, intervention, and continuity of care. This position allows you to practice independently while staying connected to a professional clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions remotely
• Perform psychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in clinical consultations when required

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin LCSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• At least 2 years of clinical practice experience
• Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
