Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Vermont

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to deliver therapy services to adults through a fully remote model. This position is ideal for clinicians who value clear expectations, steady caseloads, and the ability to focus on therapy without in-person clinic demands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one therapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct intake evaluations and ongoing clinical reviews
• Document sessions according to compliance requirements
• Coordinate care and referrals when appropriate
• Adhere to Vermont LICSW scope of practice

Requirements

• Active Vermont LICSW license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Prior clinical therapy experience
• Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
