Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Role Summary

As a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist, you will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. Your role centers on strengthening relationships, addressing systemic issues, and helping clients build healthier patterns. Administrative support allows you to concentrate on meaningful clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
• Complete diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
• Document sessions in a timely and accurate manner
• Monitor therapeutic outcomes and adjust approaches
• Uphold ethical and legal standards for LMFT practice
• Communicate with clinical leadership as needed

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational and family systems
• Confidence providing care via telehealth
• Organized and detail-oriented documentation skills
