Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are looking for an Indiana-licensed LMFT to provide virtual therapy centered on relationships, family systems, and behavioral patterns. The role combines direct client work with clinical consultation and supervision, ensuring consistent care delivery across a telehealth platform.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Assess relational dynamics and define treatment goals
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Offer supervision and case consultation to associate clinicians
• Review cases for quality and compliance
• Adjust treatment approaches based on progress

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with couples and family systems
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a virtual setting
