Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setting: Telehealth
Location: Montana

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with individuals and families in a virtual setting. This position focuses on thoughtful, goal-driven therapy sessions that support emotional insight, communication skills, and long-term change.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct clinical assessments and establish care goals
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Apply relational and systems-based therapy approaches
• Support continuity of care through consistent scheduling

Requirements

• Active Montana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational or family dynamics
• Strong organization and client communication skills
• Comfort providing therapy in a fully remote environment
