Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Summary

This role is designed for an Indiana-licensed LMFT who enjoys working with relationship dynamics and family systems in a virtual setting. You will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families while supporting clinical quality through structured case review and oversight responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct relational assessments and establish treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Support associate clinicians through case consultation or supervision
• Review treatment progress and adjust approaches as needed
• Ensure services meet Indiana regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with couples and family systems
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Comfortable managing a full virtual caseload
