Position: Full-Time
Work Location: Mississippi
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys steady clinical work and meaningful client relationships. In this role, you will provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families while helping clients navigate behavioral and relational challenges. Your work will directly influence day-to-day stability, communication, and long-term progress for those you serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Assess client needs and create treatment plans
• Track progress and update goals over time
• Complete clinical notes and required documentation
• Follow all ethical, licensing, and telehealth standards

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in Mississippi
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience in outpatient mental health services
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
