Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Summary

This position focuses on providing therapy to couples, families, and individuals throughout Indiana using a secure virtual platform. You will address relationship dynamics, life stressors, and behavioral concerns while also supporting associate clinicians through clinical supervision and case consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Develop treatment plans rooted in systemic therapy models
• Provide clinical supervision and case consultation
• Maintain accurate and compliant client records
• Participate in peer reviews and care coordination
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify plans

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with relational and family systems
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
