Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Tennessee

Role Summary

This role is designed for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants a structured telehealth position with a steady flow of clients. You will work with individuals, couples, and families, focusing on relationship patterns, communication challenges, and life transitions. All scheduling and platform support are handled so you can stay focused on clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth
• Assess relational dynamics and behavioral concerns
• Create and update treatment plans with clear goals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow Tennessee practice standards and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Tennessee LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Experience working with couples and family systems
• Reliable private workspace for virtual sessions
