Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky

Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual mental health services to clients across Kentucky. This role focuses on helping individuals and families address relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and daily stressors through consistent therapy sessions. The workday is predictable, the caseload is steady, and the role stays centered on client progress.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake sessions and clinical evaluations
• Develop and follow individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Review progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Adhere to Kentucky LMFT practice standards

Requirements

• Active Kentucky LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• Ability to manage a remote caseload independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
