Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $115,000 – $125,000 annually

Position Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our integrated primary care team. This role provides short-term, solution-focused therapy (typically 10–12 sessions) to adult patients with mild to moderate concerns, while partnering closely with medical providers to support whole-person care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, behavioral activation, problem-solving therapy)
• Screen for behavioral health needs, trauma history, and substance use concerns
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and coordinate referrals when needed
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and care coordination activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
• Active California LMFT license (AMFT accepted; supervision provided)
• Minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience
• Working knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based approaches
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (OCHIN Epic preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Integrated care or community health experience
• Trauma-informed care training
• Spanish fluency is a plus
