Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year | Full Benefits | W2

Position Summary:

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) delivers short-term, goal-oriented therapy to adults in a primary care setting. The role focuses on improving access to behavioral health support and aligning care plans with medical treatment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 10–12 sessions of structured therapy using evidence-based methods.
• Conduct behavioral health screenings and clinical assessments.
• Support physicians and care teams through consultation and coordinated planning.
• Refer patients to specialty care or community resources as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and meet all reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• California licensure (LCSW or Psychologist) or registration (ASW/AMFT).
• Experience with diverse patient populations.
• Proficiency in DSM-5 assessment and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience within an integrated health care environment.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care models.
• Spanish-speaking ability is advantageous.
