Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapistto support clients through consistent, scheduled telehealth sessions. This role is built around routine clinical work rather than reactive or on-call care. Your day is spent providing therapy, tracking progress, and maintaining treatment plans within a clear clinical framework that keeps expectations straightforward and manageable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
• Create, review, and adjust treatment plans
• Complete progress notes and clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with internal clinical staff
• Adhere to state regulations and clinical policies

Requirements

• Active North Carolina LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Experience providing mental health treatment services
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
