Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver virtual mental health services to clients throughout Michigan. This role focuses on day-to-day therapy work, helping individuals and couples navigate emotional strain, relationship challenges, and major life changes. The position is structured, remote, and designed for clinicians who want a clear workflow and a consistent schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions to individuals and couples
• Assess emotional and relational needs
• Establish and maintain treatment plans
• Document sessions and client progress
• Follow Michigan licensing and ethical guidelines

Requirements

• Active Michigan LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience providing clinical mental health services
• Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
