Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Job Summary

We are seeking a New York–licensed LMFT to provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a virtual care model. This role focuses on relational work, clear treatment goals, and consistent session delivery in an online setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
• Establish and track treatment goals
• Maintain accurate session documentation
• Adhere to New York LMFT practice standards

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
• Experience working with relational systems
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented
