Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Montana

Position Summary

This role provides the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families in a virtual setting. You will focus on relational dynamics while helping clients work toward clear and measurable therapeutic goals.

Primary Duties

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
• Maintain clinical records and session documentation
• Apply family systems and relational therapy techniques
• Collaborate with internal teams as needed for continuity of care

Requirements

• Active Montana LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing relational or family-based therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain therapeutic boundaries in a remote role
