Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families. This role is responsible for session delivery, treatment planning, documentation, and maintaining consistent clinical standards across assigned cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Develop and revise treatment plans
• Complete clinical documentation accurately
• Review care plans for quality and continuity
• Participate in clinical case discussions
• Maintain compliance with Arkansas LMFT requirements

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth
• Ability to manage a consistent caseload
