Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Michigan

Role Summary

As an LMFT, you will work with individuals, couples, and families through structured virtual sessions. This role emphasizes relationship-focused care, clear treatment goals, and steady client engagement in a remote clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to individuals and families
• Assess relational dynamics and treatment needs
• Create and maintain individualized care plans
• Track outcomes and session progress
• Follow all Michigan practice guidelines

Requirements

• Active Michigan LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
• Experience delivering therapy in a clinical setting
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Comfort working in a remote-first practice
