Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Location: Brooklyn, NY
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What This Role Looks Like
You’ll work with adults and/or adolescents through scheduled online sessions. Your work will focus on assessment, therapy, and ongoing care planning, supported by an organized telehealth infrastructure.

Main Functions

• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Provide recurring virtual therapy sessions
• Create and manage treatment plans with measurable outcomes
• Document client contacts, interventions, and plans in the EMR
• Take part in clinical reviews or trainings offered by the organization

Requirements

• Active New York license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Master’s degree from an accredited program
• Experience with outpatient or private practice caseloads preferred
• Comfortable with technology and remote workflows
