Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Role Summary

In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to adult and adolescent clients across Indiana through a secure telehealth platform. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that help clients manage emotional, behavioral, and life-transition challenges. You will also guide supervisees by offering clinical feedback and oversight to support quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing virtual therapy sessions aligned with best practices
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Support and supervise associate-level clinicians as assigned
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure continuity of treatment
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
• Previous experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy settings
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with clinical documentation standards
