Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 annually

Role Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join a growing telehealth practice supporting clients throughout Washington State. Your workday will focus on client sessions, thorough assessments, structured treatment planning, and ongoing monitoring of progress to ensure clinically sound, outcome-focused care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions for a diverse caseload of clients.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Create goal-oriented treatment plans and review them on a regular basis.
• Offer crisis support and safety planning when clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation within our electronic health record.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for case coordination and referrals.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Active Washington State license as LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent (independent licensure preferred).
• 1–2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.
• Telehealth experience and strong comfort with technology and EHR systems.
• Strong skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).

Benefits

• Salary range: $115,000–$120,000 per year.
