Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Job Summary

We are hiring a New York–licensed LMHC to provide structured, ongoing therapy in a fully remote setting. This role is focused on consistent client engagement, clear treatment goals, and reliable follow-through across sessions, without the distractions of in-person office work.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy sessions through telehealth
• Conduct intake interviews and clinical assessments
• Develop and maintain treatment plans
• Track client progress and adjust care as needed
• Complete documentation accurately and on time

Requirements

• Active New York LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
• Experience providing therapy independently
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong organizational skills
