Position: Full-Time
Location: Ohio
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

This role supports licensed mental health professionals delivering structured therapy services to clients across Ohio. You’ll focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapeutic support—all within a stable, full-time telehealth framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual mental health therapy sessions
• Conduct clinical assessments and progress evaluations
• Document sessions and treatment outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and professional standards
• Communicate effectively with internal clinical teams

Requirements

• Active Ohio mental health license (LIMFT, LPCC, or LISW) or eligibility
• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Experience in clinical therapy delivery
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
