Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Oklahoma

Role Summary

This role is designed for a Licensed Mental Health Therapist who wants to spend the day delivering therapy without the distractions of in-person clinics. You will work with adult clients addressing anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, and life transitions. The focus is on steady care, clear treatment goals, and consistent client engagement in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
• Complete mental health assessments and intake evaluations
• Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Follow Oklahoma mental health laws and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Oklahoma Licensed Mental Health Therapist credential (state-recognized license)
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Strong organization and documentation skills
