Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
This position supports clients through structured, goal-oriented therapy delivered entirely online. You will work with a diverse client base, providing consistent care while benefiting from a predictable schedule and streamlined remote systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using approved platforms
- Assess client progress and therapeutic outcomes
- Complete clinical notes and reports
- Follow professional and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams
Requirements
- Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Clinical experience delivering therapy services
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to documentation and compliance
