Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Location: Nashville, TN
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We’re recruiting a Telehealth Mental Health Therapist licensed in Tennessee for a growing virtual practice. From Nashville or elsewhere in TN, you’ll see clients via video, follow treatment pathways, and work closely with a clinical supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Offer scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and document treatment goals
• Review clinical issues and risk matters with a supervising therapist
• Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
• Participate in online meetings, supervision and trainings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
• Active TN license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
• Clinical therapy experience in mental health settings
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHRs
