Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
This role is designed for licensed therapists who want to focus on consistent clinical work without in-office demands. You will provide ongoing therapy services, build long-term therapeutic relationships, and support clients in achieving measurable mental health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Establish treatment goals and monitor client progress
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Follow ethical and legal standards of care
- Communicate effectively with internal support teams
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Active Colorado license as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Experience working with adult or adolescent populations
- Comfort using EHR systems and virtual platforms
- Professional liability coverage or ability to obtain
