Job Summary
We’re hiring therapists licensed in Virginia to deliver therapy exclusively through telehealth. This role allows you to focus on delivering consistent, high-quality care while enjoying the stability of a weekday schedule. You’ll make therapy more accessible for clients who need flexible options for their mental health support.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
• Full benefits package

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth sessions with adults, couples, and families
• Develop and revise care plans to align with client goals
• Document therapy sessions promptly and accurately
• Work with a remote team of clinicians to ensure client support
• Stay informed on best practices in the field

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong telehealth communication skills
