Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
• Develop client-centered treatment plans and track progress
• Maintain detailed documentation for all services
• Collaborate remotely with other clinicians and teams
• Continue professional growth with training opportunities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
• At least 2 years of clinical therapy experience
• Strong telehealth communication skills
