Location: North Richmond, CA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role provides direct mental health services to community members through structured outpatient care. You’ll focus on consistent therapeutic delivery, clear documentation, and collaborative treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions in an outpatient setting
- Create and maintain treatment plans and progress notes
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
- Collaborate with clinic staff and healthcare partners
- Follow all state and clinic compliance requirements
Requirements
- Active California mental health license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience in clinic or outpatient behavioral health settings
- Strong organizational and clinical judgment skills
