Mental Health Therapist

Position: Full-Time
Location: Santa Fe, NM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are recruiting a New Mexico-licensed Mental Health Therapist for a telehealth role serving clients statewide. From Santa Fe or anywhere in NM, you’ll provide therapy sessions, support clients over time, and work under a clinical supervisor in a structured, Monday–Friday model.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete assessments, treatment plans and follow-up notes
• Consult with a supervising therapist/clinical lead on complex cases
• Keep documentation accurate, detailed and timely
• Attend online supervision and team meetings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, MFT or related field
• Active NM license (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, etc.)
• Experience in clinical mental health therapy
• Strong communication skills and comfort with telehealth technology
