Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
As a virtual therapist, you will support clients through scheduled telehealth sessions focused on mental health stability, coping strategies, and long-term wellness. This role offers predictable hours and a steady caseload, allowing you to focus on quality care rather than volume.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Evaluate client needs and establish treatment goals
- Maintain compliance with clinical and ethical standards
- Document sessions and treatment outcomes
- Communicate effectively with clinical leadership
Requirements
- Licensed in Virginia as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW
- Master’s degree from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical therapy experience preferred
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Reliable internet and private workspace
