Job Summary
This position centers on delivering reliable mental health services through teletherapy. You will work with clients across a range of concerns, offering clarity, structure, and professional guidance in each session. The role emphasizes continuity of care and realistic treatment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans
- Track clinical outcomes and progress notes
- Follow state and federal compliance requirements
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
Requirements
- Virginia licensure as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
- Graduate degree in mental health counseling or social work
- Experience with adult mental health treatment
- Ability to manage time and caseload independently
- Proficiency with electronic health records
